AirAdvisor takes the claim over, contacts the airline and, if needed, litigates through external lawyers, paying court and notary fees itself. Its fee is 30% of the sum collected at the pre-trial stage, VAT included, and 50% if the case requires legal action. It offers a 14-day cooling-off period after filing.
