What Flightright does
Flightright enforces the claim against the airline and, where the airline refuses, instructs its contract lawyers to sue, covering court costs if the case is lost. Its success fee is 20–30% plus VAT of the compensation (its own examples use 27%); if lawyers are involved, a 14% surcharge is added, again only on success.

What Horvera does
Horvera checks your flight against the EU, UK and Swiss rules for free and explains the result with its sources.
