Malpensa is easyJet’s largest base outside the UK and the long-haul airport for Milan, with ITA, Emirates, Qatar Airways and the US carriers. Milan–Linate (LIN) is a separate airport with its own short-haul schedule; a booking that mixes the two is not a connection, and a “diversion” from Malpensa to Linate or Bergamo still counts as arrival in Milan for the delay calculation.
