Corrections

If you find an error in a rule, an amount, a source or an airline’s contact details, tell us at contact@horvera.com with the page address. Legal content is corrected with a new review date; the previous version stays in the audit trail.

What we cannot do

Horvera does not give legal advice, and its free tools and Claim Pack do not contact an airline for you. For a decision on a specific claim, contact the airline, the national enforcement body listed on your result page or an alternative dispute resolution scheme the airline belongs to.
