The service

Horvera provides (1) a free eligibility check that applies Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, its UK and Swiss equivalents and related case law to the flight details you enter, and (2) paid “Claim Pack” document bundles that organise your claim.

What Horvera is not

Horvera is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It does not act as a claims agency, does not represent you before airlines, authorities or courts, does not hold or receive compensation on your behalf and does not take an assignment of your claim. You submit your claim yourself and keep 100% of any compensation. You can always claim directly from the airline free of charge without using Horvera.

Partner referrals

Where an outside claims company or law firm can take on a case Horvera cannot progress any further, Horvera may show it to you — on the result page, or later in your claim workspace. Which partners are shown is decided only by whether they can handle your case (jurisdiction, airline, claim type, amount, how old the claim is, whether they can go to court); it is never decided by what a partner pays Horvera. Before anything is shared you are shown the partner’s name, its fee model and whether Horvera receives a referral fee, and you must tick a consent box; your name and contact details travel only on a second, separate tick. A partner is a separate company with its own contract and its own terms: Horvera is not a party to it, does not represent you and is not responsible for the partner’s work. Your Horvera case stays yours whatever you choose.

Results are not guarantees

The eligibility result, amounts and confidence indicator are based on the information you provide and the rules in force on the flight date. They are informational. Airlines may dispute claims, and outcomes depend on facts we cannot verify. Horvera does not guarantee any outcome.

Claim Packs

Claim Pack and Claim Pack Plus are one-off purchases at the price displayed at checkout, including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. Documents are generated from the details you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy.

Right of withdrawal (digital content): because the documents are delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the documents are provided. If the documents cannot be generated for technical reasons, we refund the purchase.

Your obligations

Provide accurate information, use the documents only for your own claim, and do not use the service to submit claims you know to be unfounded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Horvera’s liability is limited to the price paid for the Claim Pack. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Horvera is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page apply to purchases made after that date.
